The BIC is a unique bank identifier code. Every bank has its own BIC, which generally consists of 8 to 11 characters. The code is used to uniquely identify the beneficiary's bank for money transfers and payments. It facilitates transfers from one bank to another throughout the world.

Please note that when you arrange a funds transfer using Web Banking, the BGL BNP Paribas system does not ask you to enter the beneficiary's BIC.
