What steps do I need to take to access the concierge service?

No action is required from you. You are entitled to access the concierge service from the moment you sign up for your Mastercard Elite and throughout the validity period of your card.
What should I do when my card is about to expire?

Your card has a validity period of five years. Replacements are automatic and you will receive a replacement card approximatively four weeks before your current card expires. If you haven’t received it, please contact our Client Service on (+352) 42-42-20 00.
