How do I get new products?

You can find all our banking packs and change pack at any time via the Web Banking app. In the menu, select “PRODUCTS” followed by “PACKS”, then choose the pack that suits you best. 

It is worth noting that you will benefit from a discount on any packs if you pay in at least EUR 1,500 per month.

You can estimate your borrowing capacity and obtain a preliminary agreement for free directly from your Web Banking area, via the mobile app or the website:

1. In the 'PRODUCTS' menu, select 'LOANS'
    

• On the app: choose 'Mortgage loan', then tap 'Starting a real estate project?'
• On the website: click 'Estimate my borrowing capacity'.

    2. Tap 'Start', fill in the form and provide project details (amount, property type, etc.)

The form automatically calculates your borrowing capacity based on your income, expenses, and liabilities. You’ll instantly see the total amount you can borrow and the estimated monthly payment.

Once calculated, click "Receive a preliminary agreement". Your file and documents will be reviewed, and you’ll receive a preliminary agreement valid for 6 months.

A preliminary agreement is a document issued by the bank that evaluates your borrowing capacity for a real estate project. It includes the loan amount, interest rate, and monthly repayment, and is valid for 6 months.

Have you found your dream property? You can apply for a mortgage remotely in just a few simple steps. 

From the mobile app:

1. On the dashboard, tap 'Your loan request in a few clicks!', then 'Mortgage loan'.
2. Tap 'Have you found your dream property?'.
3. Tap 'Start' and enter your project and property details.

You’ll see the simulation result immediately. If the terms suit you, validate the summary and submit your request. You’ll receive an email listing the required documents, which you can upload via the secure messaging.

From the website:

1. In the "Products" menu, click "Access our loans" > "Simulate a loan".
2. On the "Dream property" card, click "Simulate my loan".
3. Click 'Start now', enter your project and property details, then 'Continue'.
4. Fill in the form.
5. If applying jointly, enter the co-borrower’s info (10-digit client number if applicable).
6. Click 'Next' to view the summary.
7. Confirm the data and click 'Next' again to fill in the contact form.
8. An adivisor will call you shortly.
    

You can apply for a personal loan easily and free of charge via the app. Start by estimating your borrowing capacity. 

From the mobile app:

1. From the dashboard, tap 'Your loan request in a few clicks!' > 'Personal loan'.
2. Tap 'Obtain a preliminary agreement', then choose the project.
3. Enter your income to calculate your borrowing capacity.
4. Upload your documents directly in the app. Once approved, you can sign the contract remotely and securely.
    

Good to know : You can track your requests in the 'My requests' section on the right of your scree.

From the website:

1. In the 'Products' menu, click 'Access our loans' > 'Simulate a loan'.
2. Choose the project type.
3. Enter the amount and duration. Repayment and cost details appear automatically.
4. Click 'Continue', fill in the contact form, and click 'Send'.
5. A consultant will call you shortly.
    

If you’re a student and have your Luxembourg state QR code (Aidefi), you can apply online via the Web Banking app only:

1. From the dashboard, tap 'Your loan request in a few clicks!' > 'Student loan'.
2. Tap 'Initiate a loan request' and follow the 3 steps shown on screen.
    

You can easily subscribe to a new savings product or simulate your options via the app or website:

1. In the "PRODUCTS" menu, select "Savings".
2. Choose from our savings solutions to open an account.
    

In the 'Investments' section of your Web Banking (app or website), you can:

1. Define your investor profile.
2. Simulate and subscribe to a Direct Invest Clic savings plan.
3. Analyze your portfolio performance.
4. Access the "Markets" section to buy or sell securities.
