How to update my data on the Web Banking? 

 

As part of your relationship with BGL BNP Paribas, it is essential to keep your personal information up to date. This ensures the security of your account, allows you to receive important communications, and helps meet regulatory requirements. Here's how to update your personal data via the Web Banking, either via the mobile app or the website:

 

  1. Select the ‘MY DATA’ section located under your name.

  2. A dashboard will appear. On the left, you’ll find the ‘COMMON ACTIONS’ menu dedicated to updating your personal data: address, marital status, ID documents, profession, nationality, etc.

  3. To update a data or upload a document, select the item from the list of common actions and follow the steps.

Upload a new document

  • How do I upload a document needed to update my personal deta?

    Updating your personal data may require you to submit a supporting document to BGL BNP Paribas. You can easily upload documents, such as a new ID card, directly from your Web Banking area, via the mobile app or the website.

    1. Select the ‘MY DATA’ section under your name. Click on ‘I update my ID document’, then ‘Upload document’.
    2. A new screen will appear. Tap the ‘Upload’ button and fill in the required information.
    3. Click ‘Browse’ to select your new ID card, then click ‘Upload’ and ‘Confirm’.

     

    Once the document is uploaded, tap ‘Confirm’ again. The uploaded document will be reviewed by our teams before final approval. The upload process is the same regardless of the data being updated.

  • How do I respond to a request to update my data?

    In your Web Banking area, under the “My Data” section, a message may appear on the dashboard requesting an update. You can respond in just a few steps via the mobile app or the website.

    1. Select the ‘MY DATA’ section under your name, then go to ‘DOCUMENTS’. Required documents will be listed.
    2. Click the ‘…’ next to the required document, then select ‘Upload document’.
    3. Fill in the required fields and use the ‘Browse’ button to select the document from your device (computer, tablet, mobile).
    4. The document will appear in black. Tap ‘Upload’.
       

    A clock icon will appear next to the document, indicating it has been uploaded and is under review by our teams before final approval.

  • How can I share my personal data documents with other financial institutions?

    From your Web Banking area, you can choose whether to share your data with other financial institutions that are part of the i-Hub platform, or not. This option allows you to update your data across multiple institutions at once. You can manage this setting via the app or the website.

    1. Select the ‘MY DATA’ section under your name.

    2. If using the app, tap the icon to the left of the bell at the top right of your screen.

      If using the website, click on your name.

    3. Tap ‘Settings’ to access the sharing consent options.
      • If sharing is enabled, you can update your data once and the changes will apply automatically to all your business relationships.
      • If sharing is disabled, you’ll need to upload your data separately for each institution where you have an active account.

    To return to your Web Banking dashboard, tap ‘Back to homepage’ at any time.
