How do I define my MiFID profile in the Web Banking website?
Under the European MiFID directive, you need to create an Investor Profile before you place your first stock market order.
To define your MiFID profile in the Web Banking website:
- Go to the “Dashboard” and click on “Investor Profile” in the right-hand column.
- Click on “Define my investor profile” then “Create my profile”.
- Answer all of the questions you are asked.
- Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, you’ll be assigned a profile:
- Low Risk;
- Moderate Risk;
- Advanced Risk;
- High Risk;
You can also print out your profile or save it as a PDF.You have now set your profile. You can close the window and return to your Investor Profile area.Bear in mind that you can choose to deviate from your Investor Profile.
To do so, fill out and send us the “Exceptional risk profile request form”. - Go to the “Dashboard” and click on “Investor Profile” in the right-hand column.

How do I place a stock market order on Web Banking?
From the Web Banking website
There are a number of ways to access stock market orders in Web Banking.
OPTION 1
1. Click on “Markets” in the menu on the left-hand side.
2. Use the search function to search for the ISIN code or name of the security you want to trade.
By entering part of the name, you will be shown search results sorted by product type (equity, fund, etc.).
3. Click on “Advanced search” just below the search bar to refine your search.
4. You can trade a security by clicking on the “Buy” or “Sell” buttons.
OPTION 2
1. Click on “Portfolio” in the menu on the left-hand side.
2. If you already have the security you want to trade in your securities deposit account, click on the rapid action buttons: “B” to buy or “S” to sell.
Next, to place a buy or sell order:
1. Click on “Buy” / “B” or “Sell” / “S”. You will then be taken to the screen where you can place your buy or sell order, depending on your choice.
2. Fill in the quantity and the amount.
3. Enter the order type.
4. Select the account to be debited and the securities deposit account.
5. Carefully read the “Suitability statements” and “Cost and charges” documents found at the very bottom of the screen.
6. Read through the disclaimers before ticking the relevant box.
7. Once you’ve ticked both boxes, click “Validate”. Your order will be placed on the market as soon as possible.
From the Web Banking app
To place a stock market order in your Web Banking app, go to the menu and click “Invest”.
You can either:- enter an ISIN code or the name of the security in the search bar;
- click on “Selection of funds” at the bottom of the page to see the range of available securities.
By entering part of the name, you will be shown search results sorted by product type (equity, fund, etc.).
Next, to place a buy or sell order:
1. Click on “Buy” / “B” or “Sell” / “S”. You will then be taken to the screen where you can place your buy or sell order, depending on your choice.
2. Fill in the quantity and amount.
3. Enter the order type.
4. Select the account to be debited and the securities deposit account.
5. Click “Next”.
6. Carefully read the “Suitability Statement” and “Costs and Charges” documents found at the very bottom of the screen.
7. Read through the disclaimers before ticking the relevant box.

How do I cancel a stock market order on Web Banking?
To cancel a stock market order:
From the Web Banking website
OPTION 1
1. Click on “Portfolio” in the menu on the left-hand side.
2. The order can be cancelled if it has not yet been transmitted to the market. In this case, a bin icon will appear. Click on it to cancel the order.
OPTION 2
1. Click on the line that corresponds to the order you wish to cancel.
2. If the status of your order means that it can be cancelled, you will see the “Cancer order” button.
3. A confirmation banner will appear. Click “Yes” to confirm your cancellation request.
From the Web Banking app
1. Click on “Invest” in the side bar.
2. Click on “Order book”.
3. Click on the line that corresponds to the order you wish to cancel.
4. The order can be cancelled if it has not yet been transmitted to the market. In this case, the “Cancel order” button will appear. Click on it to cancel the order.
5. A confirmation banner will appear. Click “Yes” to confirm your cancellation request.
View my securities portfolio

How do I view my securities portfolio on Web Banking?
From the Web Banking website
To view your securities portfolio, click on “Portfolio” in the menu on the left-hand side.
All of your securities are displayed and sorted by category:
- equities;
- funds;
- bonds;
- other (structured products, etc.)
The “Order book” tab displays:
- orders pending;
- completed orders;
- orders cancelled within 2 days.
Click on the line for the order you wish to view to see more details.
Once the status of the order is “Transmited” or “Canceled”, you will be able to find it in the “Historiques des ordres” tab for 30 days.From the Web Banking app
To view your securities portfolio, click on “Invest” in the menu, then on "Securities accounts”.
All of your securities are displayed and sorted by category:
- equities;
- funds;
- bonds;
- other (structured products, etc.)
The “Order book” tab displays:
- orders pending;
- completed orders;
- orders cancelled within 2 days.
Click on the line for the order you wish to view to see more details.
Once the status of the order is “Processed” or “Cancelled”, you will be able to find it in the “Order history” tab for 30 days. - equities;
