Meet with an advisor remotely

Busy day at work? Desperate to get home? With Cisco Webex, you can meet an advisor remotely, wherever you are!

Our advisors are available Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm. This gives you access to the same expertise you would receive in branch, without having to travel.

The advantages of remote appointments

Thanks to Cisco Webex:

  • you can benefit from your advisor’s expertise without needing to travel;
  • you get answers quickly to your questions;
  • available on your smartphone, computer and tablet;
  • you can share your documents securely;
  • it’s easy and at no extra cost.

How to make a video call appointment.

It couldn’t be easier:

  1. You request an appointment online.
  2. Our Client Service will contact you to find out when you are available and schedule an appointment.

How do video appointments work?

Using a computer:

  • Once your appointment has been confirmed, your advisor will send you an e-mail containing an access link and a password.
  • Click on the link. Log in using the password. Click on “Join” and connect to the video call!

Please note that to ensure a high-quality experience and prevent any technical issues with the audio, your advisor will call you by telephone during your video appointment.

Using a smartphone or tablet:

  • Download the Cisco Webex app for free:
    • from Google Play (Android)
    • from the App Store (iPad or iPhone).
  • Open the app, accept the general terms and conditions of use and
  • access to the telephone or tablet’s microphone.
  • Open the e-mail sent by your advisor and click on the link.
  • Log in using the password sent by your advisor.
  • Click on “Join” and connect to the video call!

    To share a file with your advisor, select “Share” and then “Share file”.

    You can share any file saved to your computer/telephone/tablet.

    You may want to share your screen with your advisor to find out more about how the Web Banking app works, for example.

    To share an open application that has already been downloaded to your device:

    • select the “share” button;
    • then select the relevant app in the list of open applications.

    To share an application that isn’t open but which has already been downloaded to your device:

    • select the “share” button;
    • then “Other applications”;
    • then click “Share” next to the relevant app.

    You may want to share your screen with your advisor to find out more about how Web Banking works, for example.

    All you need to do is:

    • select the “share” button at the bottom of your screen;
    • then “share content”.

    Please be aware that when you share your screen, your advisor will be able to see everything shown on your screen. Before your appointment, please close any personal or sensitive files so that you don’t accidentally share any private information.

    To stop the video, click on the “Stop video” button at the bottom of the screen.

    To start your video, click on “Start video”, which is also at the bottom of the screen.

    To call an advisor remotely, you must be an adult and have a remote banking agreement.
