Choose to log in to Web Banking  with or without a Token!

 

By default, you will be asked for your Card Code or your Token* when you log in,

but you can choose whether or not to use your Token* to log in.

  • Do you log in to Web Banking with your Client Number (10 digits) and your Token*?

 

When you log in to Web Banking (website and applications), you only need your Client Number

(10 digits) and your secret code. You can therefore decide if you'd like to log in with or without a Token*!

  • - On the Web Banking site, go to "My preferences" in your client area.

The next time you log in to Web Banking, you will only need to enter your Client Number and
your 6-digit secret code.

- On the iPhone and tablet apps, choose your login preferences in the Access area.

 

Your choice will be immediately valid for each time you log in to Web Banking/Mobile Banking
on the website and the applications.

 

 

 

Whatever you choose, you will always need your Token* to validate
certain banking operations and services:

registered beneficiary exceeding an amount limit
(which can be changed in-branch).

Do you log in to Web Banking using your Card Code?

 

You will be asked for your Card Code each time you log in to Web Banking/Mobile Banking
on the website or mobile apps.
NB: it will only be valid for 45 days from your first login and allows you to order a Token.

 

 

 

 

 

* or Smartcard or LuxTrust USB stick.

NB: you need a Token to use Mobile Banking and the Web Banking mobile apps.
