Information for shareholders in the Fortis Group from 2007 to 2008
Did you hold Fortis shares between 28 February 2007 and 14 October 2008? As a current or former shareholder of Fortis (Ageas since 2010), we would like to inform you of the latest developments regarding Fortis shareholder compensation.
Ageas (previously known as Fortis S.A.) has reached a settlement agreement concerning the legacy of Fortis with the main claimant organisations. On 13 July 2018, the Amsterdam court made this settlement agreement binding for all shareholders. The settlement agreement applies to all civil actions concerning the Fortis legacy.
In this regard, please note that all Fortis shareholders between 28 February 2007 and 14 October 2008 are entitled to compensation.
BGL BNP Paribas would like to help you exercise your rights.
