If you are travelling and do not have Internet access, you can carry out your main banking operations over the telephone by dialling (+352) 42 42 - 2000. You must identify yourself using your customer number and your pin code.
From Monday to Friday, 8.00 a.m. to 6 p.m., an operative can carry out your requests for transfers and stock market instructions, record a permanent instruction and carry out a loan simulation, etc.
Outside normal working hours you can still carry out transfers between accounts and check your balances as well as bank card levels via this telephone number.
