Even though the banking business does not itself "pollute", actions have been taken to limit the environmental impacts of human and equipment resources:
sustainable design of buildings and branches
limiting and reducing energy costs (IT, lighting, etc.)
reducing business travel (videoconferences, mobility, etc.); responsible purchasing policy.
